“Diplomacy” as a Weapon of War
The Diplomatic Corps is and has always been the advance guard in the process of starting wars. Ambassador and consuls are authorized to “negotiate” treaties, “ceasefires,” concessions, using all manner of trickery, and chicanery to give their governments a head start or advantage in the warfare that they have already planned to launch. The Nazi government made strategic use of diplomacy under Joaquim von Ribbentrop to bully Austria into accepting “Anschluss.” Remember, from The Sound of Music? They had no trouble dazzling Great Britain’s elegant wimp Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain into signing over the bulk of modern-day Czechoslovakia, then called “The Sudetenlands,” that distant land “about which we know little” to the Nazis at Munich in 1938. Their greatest triumph was in tricking Josef Stalin into agreeing to the “pact” that authorized Russia and Germany to seize equal parts of Poland in preparation for their ultimate, disastrous invasion of Russia and extermination of Ukrainian “untermenschen” and Jewish people by einsatzgruppen.
And Mohammed? One of the greatest military strategists and empire builders, easily on a par with Genghis Khan “…was also a diplomat: he knew how to continue the war by means of peace.”
Iran, hereafter to be called Persia, has noticed and is aggressively exploiting the weakness and duplicity of the American Department of State under the treasonous leadership of the United States’ imposter-president Baraq Husein U-bama and his laughably ineffectual Secretary of State, John Kerry. The Persian Muslim potentates, neatly placed in absolute dictatorial power by a CIA-engineered coup d’etat under the States’ earlier wimp-out president Jimmy Carter are gleefully playing our diplomatic corps like a fish on a line in anticipation of finally acquiring just enough materiel to produce a bomb big enough to wipe out Israel once and for all.
Though there is no more real chance of Persia getting a bomb than North Korea, the real chance that all of this reckless gamesmanship and saber-rattling triggering an all-out Third War for the World and the unthinkably attendant catastrophes such warfare would cause is inescapably obvious. We are witnessing exactly the same types of aggression, treachery, incompetence and cowardice exhibited by the Western powers during the 1930s run-up to War for the World No. 2.
Oh, and, what a coincidence: a Democrat in the American White House at the beginning of all three World Wars.
How quaint! Take it from an online comment to the Czech Prager Zeitung:
“The danger to America* is not Barack Obama, but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools, such as those who made him their president.”
And diplomats die in bed.
